Our Adult Beginner Ballet class is the ideal introduction to ballet. With focus towards postural alignment and foundations to ballet technique, you're guaranteed to be inspired with the beauty and grace of ballet.

Beginning with barre exercises (pliés, tendus, and grand battements), the class will progress to center practice (adage and allegro).  

Wear comfortable tight-fitting athletic wear or ballet attire and bring ballet shoes for the best experience. 

Our Int/Adv Adult Ballet is geared towards those with a minimum of 2-3 years of ballet training. This class attracts those who have a strong foundation in dance and are looking to maintain and/or improve their ballet technique, while keeping fit and having fun.  

Beginning with barre exercises we progress to center practice. You're guaranteed to leave class inspired by the beauty, grace, musicality and strength of ballet.   

Wear comfortable tight-fitting athletic wear or ballet attire and bring ballet shoes for the best experience. 

Join our invigorating Adult Barre & Conditioning class for a unique blend of ballet-and-jazz-inspired exercises and full-body conditioning. Elevate your heart rate with a warm-up then sculpt and tone your body with mat work, bodyweight exercises, and stretches.

All dance levels are welcome in this supportive and motivating environment.
